Laura is trained in multiple science-based counseling theories and techniques including, but not limited to, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, family therapy, individual assessments, addiction issues, and group therapy.

She has experience playing, and coaching soccer at anĀ elite level, bringing an understanding of the internal pressures that can often be felt.

Laura previously worked as a counselor in West Virginia where she supported those experiencing anxiety, depression, identity confusion, grief and loss, low self-esteem, substance abuse, and other life stressors. Laura takes a client-centered approach and creates personalized treatment plans to support the goal(s) of those seeking therapy.

When not in session, she is continually enriching her skills through education and exploration. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free environment for those seeking services.
