We are here to help you through this process by listening and providing tools, strategies, and new skills to help you resolve conflicts, heal, strengthen and reconnect with the people and the joy of life.

Our clinicians are well-versed across many areas of mental health such as:

Health and Life Coaching

SESSION FEES

$150 (HST included)

Individual counselling therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Extra fees for paperwork, file preparation, or phone calls related to your care may also be billed at our standard clinician rates.

Several insurance providers cover our services. Check with your provider to see if they are covered in your plan. At the moment, we do not provide direct billing to insurance companies.
